One of those how it started —-> how it’s going posts. Concussion style. Some symptoms are better. Some are worse. I just wish we had known the severity sooner. But so many great resources and referrals in Gratitudeland have placed us in very good hands. Thank you. Feeling very grateful that… 1. …her Lyme and POTS etc etc have been much more stable before this - huge 2. …she earned good grades and cultivated strong relationships with her teachers first semester prior to this after being out all of junior year 3. …thank goodness she’s a second semester senior 4. …she applied early action to college and got in to the school she’s wanted most and dreamed of for years (in Hawai’i - gulp - personally I’m not quite ready to feel equanimity and peace with this one *yet*🤞🙏 ) which takes a ton of pressure off her Thanks to these things combined I’m trusting she’ll get through this recovery ok. Missing a lot of school.Missed Winter formal. May miss the rest of her cheer season. Gonna be a bit of a journey ahead. But she will persevere - she always does. Tiny. But mighty. Grateful. 💗🙏⭐️ 365 days of gratitude...day 141 (141/365/y13) #365DaysofGratitude #GratitudeGirl #DailyGratitude #EverydayMagic #gratefulone #hawksperch #p6 #cricketini #concussion #warrior
