Thanks everyone. Yeah it’s true. After 2.5 years of luck + diligence our first responder / medic / Fireman inadvertently brought Covid with us on our attempt at vacation. It’s been a bit like a slow motion train wreck. 15 exposed and at least four high risk three of whom got it, including myself. That said we know more than we did back in March 2020, we have a better team, better support, better knowing, and we are rallying our way through. Grateful this #chronicwellness family travels with alllllllllllll the things. Endless supplements and medications, laser, biofeedback, you name it we are using it. Thank you for all the kind words and well wishes. The “Health & Wellbeing” card for August from the Mystics Almanac is the Guardian card. I guess now we know why.
